1.Sheik
Shiek in this patch undoubtfully has the best neutral play, and kill confirms.
2.Bayonetta
Bayonetta has an amazing punish game, being able to cause 0-deathes quite easily under the right hands.
3.Zero Suit Samus
Her great mobility, massize punish game & framedata, thoguh she does have key flaws that being having a tether grab and forces she to be unsafe at times when grabs are needed
4.Rosalina & Luma
Being a puppet character, makes her difficult to approach & a difficult defensive wall to get past, and can pressure her opponents well, however she loses to Sheik & ZSS, and less potential than bayonetta
5. Pikachu
Pikachu, he has a great combo, grab, recovery and edge guarding game, pikachu also has a smaller hurtbox than most other characters, which gives alot of characters issues, his use of quick attack is strong and used to get in on opponents quite easily.
6.Cloud
Fastest Swordsman in the game, Cloud forces the opponent to play his game, though his biggest weakness is his recovery
7. Meta Knight
A fast sword weilding character with fast follow ups, how he shows less consistantly than the characters above him
8. Sonic
A fast character that forces opponents to play his "fast" game, he has a grab + combo game, however his playstyle can become very linear, and once learn't he becomes less effective with his speed
9. Ryu
With alot of potential & one of the hardest punish games, and a great weight, ryu is strongly a solid character with many options
10.Diddy Kong
Diddy Kong's solid neutral & mix up allows him to remain on the top end of the tier list, how he struggles with recovery & framedata
11. Fox
Fox, has great mobility, & solid overall, however lacks a little in the recovery, and grab follow up department, and can struggle to get kills.
12. Corrin
Corrin, with a good combo & juggling game, and his/her killing moves can be applied from great distances, allowing him or her to play safe while doing so.
12. Mario
Mario is a strong & consistant character, however he struggles against the tricks that the ones above him have, and he doesn't fair too well against sword weilders.
13. Villager
Has one of the best characters off-stage, and difficult to get past zoning, his weakness is that he has a very vurnable recovery back to the stage.
14.Ness
A character with strong OoS options, and grab game, but however has one of the most exploitable recoveries in the game.
15. Pit/Dark pit
They are both a form of a "Jack of trades" character, he good in all departments, however he doesn't have anything that makes him too amazing
16.Captain Falcon
He has one of the most glass cannon type playing style than the rest of the cast, speedy combos & follow ups, & great off-stage game does make him strive, but however he has a very exploitable recovery back to the stage.
17.Lucario
Lucario's overall playstyle is quite inconsistant, due to him having to be at a high percent, which makes this character hard to place on a tier list, though due to the risky nature of this character it hinders his overall position.
18.Toon Link
Toon link has a good neutral with the amount of projectiles he can utilise, & character below him really do struggle to in on him due to his zoning nature.
19.Luigi
Luigi overall has a good grab, offstage & hitbox presence, but however luigi does struggle in getting close up which he relies on getting damage with.
20.Donkey Kong
Having a over solid playstyle, a good weight and great grab game, he does however struggle to projectiles, just the characters above seem to be a little more consistant at the moment.
21.R.O.B
R.O.B can pressure his opponents & force them to shield well with projectiles and does well at mixing his opponents up, however he can be easily comboed, and he has a predictable and vurnable recovery back to the stage.
22.Peach
Peach has a character is over solid, but struggles to get good high level results & struggles against characters that out-range & out-camp her, and characters that don't let her get down to the ground as easily, which the characters above excel in.
23. Ike
An overall solid chracter, but lacks kill confirms, struggles against chracters more agile than him and rellies heavy on the players fundaments overall although the characters higher on the tier list benefit more with fundamentals.
24.Greninja
Greninja overall is a overall well-rounded character though, he lacks easy to get hit setups, and he doesn't have solid neutral play
25.Wii fit trianer
Wii Fit is a good in most departments, certainly with all of his/her unique hitboxes for moves, and has gotten better result overall than the characters below.
26.Yoshi
Yoshi is a much better character than what his tournament results take him, good framedata, solid neutral, follow ups from grab, however yoshi struggle to get results in high level play.
27.Wario
Wario, a character with a bunch of neat tricks, struggles to pull them off with the currrent moveset that hes got, and forces him to play campy, and force the opponent to make mistakes.
28.Shulk
Shulk has got great spacing tools, and a strong unique mechanic, his monado arts,which allow him to be quite flexable, have have a fair bit of potential as a good chracter some day.
29.Dr Mario
He is basically a watered down version of mario in many ways, giving away a fair few fast follow ups for extra killing power, which doesn't doesn't do him much justice.
30.Game & Watch
Solid combo game, good recovery back to the stage, but struggles to live at higher percents.
31.Marth
Though this character has gone through a serious amount of changes, marth still struggles to keep up in top level of play, he is not as fluent as he has been in previous smash games, and he struggles to keep opponents out
32.Lucina

33.Olimar
Olimar doesn't reward the opponent enough for the mirco-management that is required for the character, however there is potential for him in the future to be developed further, he struggle against match ups that can out zone/rush down on him fast.
34. Mewtwo
This character has recently been placing well after this patch (1.1.4), and there is now potential for him to be a high tier character as he has access to more combos and follow ups, to what he did previously.
35. Robin
Robin has had a few changes as far as grab combos & faster moves, but however she/he still suffers from a poor grab, and mobility, she does struggle against those who excel in neutral play, and can outzone him/her, due to there limit on moves.
36.Pac-man
Pac-man is a very difficult character to pick up due to all the tool he has access to however, having a terrible grab game, and the tools he does have are not overall to tricky, there is not alot of room this character has to develop.
37.Kirby
He is a character that hold a fair bit potential, but however isn't strongly represented in a tournment yet, he has all the tools needed to mix up his opponents.
38.Lucas
Lucas having a tether grab and relying on it for combo starters, does struggle to place pressure on a shield, as he's hitboxes are unable to attack from a distance, however he does have a good recovery, and ledge guarding game.
39.King Dedede
King Dedede does struggle overall,however he can control space with he's gordos, and has quick combo setups.
40.Falco
Falco is overall a better character than rated at the moment, however in the future this may change, as at the moment he is lacking the results.
41.Mega man
He is a character that struggles alot when pressured, and he tools are quite hard to utilise in a high level, how he does have a good weight & recovery.
42.Little Mac
Little mac is most of the most hardest characters to be placed in a tierlist, as he's results vary on the players performance, he hits hard and fast, however with an exploitable recovery, and terrible air game, he struggles for consistently
43.Bowser
Bowser struggles with landings and is slow, which leaves him vurnable to zoning & camping, and there is just no movement for much more technology to be found with the character.
